Exam Arrangements Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Exam Arrangements Officer to join the ALS/SEND team based across all SMB campuses. Working in this role you will work under the direction of the SENDCO (and collaboratively with the Examinations Team Leader) to ensure that all appropriate processes are followed for the screening, assessment, reporting and recording of access arrangements across the College. You will also ensure that the College’s record keeping and compliance in relation to Access Arrangements is in line with both Joint Council for Qualification (JCQ) regulations and other awarding bodies.

You may currently be working in a construction or commercial setting looking for your first job in teaching. You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas and embedding new technologies into the learning environment. Working as part of the Construction team you will be responsible for the delivery and development of courses. You will possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Electrical Installations trade and be able to plan and use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques.
